Steve Johns has extensive background with all aspects of land use and municipal law. Prior to joining Brewer Lofgren, LLP, Steve served as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Folsom and as a Senior Deputy City Attorney for the City of Sacramento. In both positions, he served as the legal counsel to the city planning commissions and advised a variety of other elected and appointed councils, boards and commissions. He brings over 12 years of experience with land use, environmental and municipal law issues to Brewer Lofgen clients.
